Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation - How to Implement it and When

A rotator cuff rehabilitation program should be implemented in different phases of a shoulder condition, depending on which book. For example, if you have a tear, you can begin rehabilitation cool from the outset, together with anti-inflammatory medications and ice.

The fourth is the Full Activity Phase lasting up to 6 months. In this phase full recovery and functionality is restored, though it may vary on individuals.
